Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Walk to Mountain Base Studio for 4 & POOL

Welcome to the cozy mountain lodge condo studio! This studio sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor just an elevator away from access to the pool, hot&tub and gym . It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts (1 flight of stairs) and mountain base area where you can find coffee shops, bars and ski/bike rentals. Additionally, it is a 1 min walk to the free bus to Crested Butte downtown(5 min). Great place to stay if you are looking for mountain adventures, entertainment or retreat.

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and 3 blocks to bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Huge picture windows, a sun-soaked deck with homemade Adirondack ski chairs in the summer & fall, a private lawn and a cozy gas fireplace - the perfect après ski spot with friends & family. The sunsets are spectacular.

Come enjoy peace and quite in our modern chalet at the base of one of Colorado’s most majestic 14ers! 13min - Downtown Buena Vista 31 min - Salida 46min - Monarch Mountain 49min - Leadville Selah Chalet is a perfect alternative for anyone attending a wedding at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Dogs are welcome!($125 pet fee) sorry no cats.

An adventure-loving Tiny House that has found a home at Moonstream Vintage Campground! We built Little Mountain ourselves in order to make our road trip dreams come true. She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home.
