Family really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved days at the beach and pool.

Josh and Nicole's place was clean and well stocked. We loved the sauna! Best of all, it was only a short walk to the community trails for xc skiing. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely cabin with a perfect location on the ski trail about a half hour to Mazama at kid pace. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

I was born and raised in Oroville and had come back for a trip. The property, location, etc made me feel right back at home; especially with it being next to Deep Bay and close to the north end of town!

The owner was responsive and flexible. The bunkhouse is cozy but not so small that we were on top of each other. All of the amenities were in pristine condition and worked perfectly. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and crisp. The parking was right next to the building thru a walking gate. The fridge had decent space and the freezer too. All the appliances worked and the kitchen wasn’t missing anything we needed. Will be staying here again!

Our family had a great visit. The house was clean and felt very comfortable. This is a family vacation home and it is set up as such. The house is outdated and a few things could use some fixing but overall I have no complaints. The view, lake and dock are major selling points. The water temp is very comfortable and it is shallow for a good 100 ft off shore, perfect for swimming and playing. We would stay here again.

Jon was very responsive and check in was super clear and easy. Location is awesome with lots of amenities and great beach access. Only suggestion I have is maybe to bring your own spices, plastic wrap, baggies, etc, as the kitchen was minimally stocked with those types of items. Would definitely stay again!

I spent 7 peaceful months at the Lakehouse and was really sad to leave. It was a real pleasure being there as the seasons changed and how the lake and mountains changed with it—from the falling leaves and snow to the spring and sunshine. The Lakehouse itself is beautiful, functional and comfortable—way more space than I needed for one person but I can very easily see how it would be a perfect spot for a family gathering. Wendy and Gary are wonderful hosts and have the place equipped with absolutely anything and everything you could hope for, inside and out—from kitchen pans and plates to the football table and kayaks. Admittedly, there isn't a lot to do in Oroville itself but driving around Lake Osoyoos, heading up into the mountains, walking the orchards and exploring the surrounding area was a real joy. I've only been away a day and not waking up and seeing the scenery out of the windows this morning really hit me with how special this place is—a really wonderful stay.
