Soak up the sun on the huge deck located on Lake Sutherland. We get more sunshine on our deck than about 99% of lake! The way the sun sets leaves most of the lake in the shade...except for our deck! We get sunshine into the evenings! This is a duplex and the other side is also an Airbnb, so if you have more people coming, checkout the other listing and rent them both. Canners Cottage will be your perfect home base for exploring the lush Quinault Rainforest and Southern half of the Olympic National Park. Enjoy walking the temperate forest on surrounding trails while having the opportunity to see elk, bald eagles, and otters. Adventure the Enchanted Valley from Graves Creek into the home of over 1,000 waterfalls or enjoy a relaxing day reading by the lake. The Kalaloch Beaches(located 35 minutes away) make for a great day trip exploring tide pools!

The master room has a comfortable and clean King sized bed. The second larger bedroom has two Queen beds and a half bath. This is our treasured getaway and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
