A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.
