We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed and very comfortable! Tony is a great host always so helpful and quick to respond!

I hated giving the cleaniness a 4 because it wasn't Gerald's fault: i forgot that North Carolina is a bug infested state as a whole. There wasn't an infestation so the place was cleaner than most! The house was perfect for two people: there's plenty of room and amenities. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working but it wasn't a deal breaker and i managed. The location was perfect for visiting family, who just so happened to not live too far away, and everything that we wanted to do was within a reasonable driving distance. Thr next time we come to Jacksonville, we hope that this place is available! Also, Gerald was very friendly and responded within the hour if not less, which was very appreciative.

Don’s place was great for our family with kids. Just one block walk to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the pool. Don’s place had all of the amenities (wagons, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks Don!

We had such a wonderful vacation at Eileen's place despite a tropical storm! The weather cannot be controlled so having a great place to stay is crucial for us. The home is very well maintained and super clean! The decor is beachy, bright, and stylish! There was plenty of space for 6 people! I particularly loved the upstairs; others enjoyed sitting outside on one of the updated decks. All of the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with quality household items. We felt at home! The walk to the beach was lovely, but the bike rides were the best! We are so grateful that we could use the bikes and beach chairs provided. This was a plus for us! Great stay!

April’s place was amazing. Everything just like it was on her description of her house. House was immaculate. Had everything right down to coffee pods and creamers. She was very quick to address any questions we had. Beds were comfy. There was nothing you would need that wasn’t already there. Price was very good. Great little getaway. Would definitely go again

Really enjoyed our time here. It is very close to the beach and also beach access. The kitchen is quite large and accommodates cooking a large meal. We have three kids and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Not sure how crowded this part of the beach gets in the Summer, but the location is amazing and not having to find parking is such a benefit for this area. Secluded environment, yet not more that 15 minutes from a full grocery store. You are sort of limited on TV options here to what apps are on the tv (the rules ask you not to add any apps) so a firestick of your own or an HDMI cord to connect your laptop is something I would recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was a perfect stay for the holidays! Very cozy and peaceful!! They were very helpful and nice! If you’re looking for something simple and all around good place to stay, this is your place!

Brenda was very responsive and friendly. I had a couple different things come up during my trip and she was very understanding with it all.

This condo was everything our group needed for the Labor Day weekend. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Very short walk to the private beach access. The complex’s pool is on the smaller side, but very well maintained.

Great location, easy access to a secluded beach, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to restaurants and shopping! Driveway parking available for 4 cars. Kelly provided everything that was needed for a comfortable stay at the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys / games, towels and linens, disposables for laundry/dishes/bath. Second bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for two, but that was only a minor nuisance. Beautiful location!!

Chris and Rudy were lovely hosts. they are very friendly and super quick to respond! the house was EXTREMELY clean. me and my husband were VERY impressed!!

Shoua's place was exactly as described. It has wonderful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just a few steps away without having to cross the street. The place was clean and well-appointed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. She really thought of every family member you could possibly have, from infants to seniors. Also, having the elevator made it easy get luggage up and down. Communication with Shoua was easy. She was prompt to respond to my messages. She is a great host! I will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, perfect location, clean, and private. You definitely need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand towels, etc. Would stay here again!

Andrea’s Townhome was the perfect place to take our 9 month old on her first beach trip. The townhome was clean and she provided everything we needed for a day at the beach including chairs and an umbrella. The private beach access allows for a quick walk to the beach. It’s a little less than a mile walk to restaurants/shops. We walked to get coffee every morning. The beds were comfortable and the home was very homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. We hope to return to the Townhome in the future!

It was very close to the base which was great for us. They were responsive when we had questions and the house was clean.

Was scrambling to find somewhere to check in because my flight was canceled. It was Easter Sunday and Dakota and his team were able to get the space ready for me quickly. They were super responsive and worked hard to get me in as soon as possible. The place was perfect for a solo female traveler and very safe. Definitely felt like a home. I’d stay here again!

This has been a long stay and although we weren’t at our home, we felt like it! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them for working with me and providing an extended stay for my son and I. Every place we travel to daily is within 10 minutes of the location which was perfect for us. I would recommend to stay here any day! Anything I needed or needed help with, they were easily accessible for assistance.

The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!
