Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. It can accommodate up to 5 persons, and it consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one separate toilette, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with approach to the covered terrace (private). Guests can use the front garden, one parking space and grill in the back garden. This holiday apartment is perfect for families with children, two couples or simply a small group of friends.

Na drugom najgornjem katu naše kuće nalazi se ovaj prekrasan stan sa pogledom na more i otočjem Brijuni. Stan je veličine 98m2, ima vlastiti ulaz i parking u sklopu objekta. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.
