Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). Our apartment is sittuated on the quiet location, few minutes walking distance from the Korcula Old Town and from the beach. It has private parking place. In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house but it has a separate entrance that ensures privacy.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
