El lugar de Aans, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía armoniosa, el vecindario es muy bonito y limpio , se encuentra a pasos de Irvine spectrum center, nos encantaría regresar sin duda alguna. Excelente lugar y excelente anfitrión.

Great place, very clean, nice balcony view and huge living room!

Chimera was responsive and friendly. Everything was accurate and per description. Me and my family enjoyed our stay, the place felt like home, spacious and clean with assigned parking. Great amenities for the family and pools were fun for the kids.

This was the ideal location for our trip. On site there are amazing facilities within a few minutes’ walk (pool, children’s playground, small grocery store) and well located to Newport Beach. The kitchen was well supplied, and small extras you don’t always get including added guest parking, free Netflix, beautifully landscaped shared yard off the living room. And very reasonable price for this area. And the host was very responsive from beginning to end. I highly recommend and would definitely try to stay here again.

We will absolutely be going back to stay here again. It was perfect for our family and with 3 young kids I couldn’t imagine anywhere else being a better stay for us. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Greg was a super responsive host, and has a beautiful home. If you're looking for luxury and comfort, you'll find both at this location. Watching the sunset from the patio was a great way to finish the days and unwind.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay! We could not get over how beautiful and cozy the home was. We ended up cancelling plans our last night in town just to spend more time at the house and enjoy it. Everyone had plenty of privacy, the kids adored the pool, and everyone loved the game room. We also enjoyed the fire pit/yard and got to see parrots flying around, raccoons, squirrels, even a possum make a quick visit in the backyard and it was a serious treat! I also loved the convenience of the little street market right across the street from the house! The house was decorated beautifully, and we received accommodations for early check in. The house had plenty of items required for making a home cooked meal and everything was a breeze! Being super close to Disney was so convenient also. I 10/10 recommend this rental!

Great HOME for a BIG GROUP. Everyone has their space - so comfortable - and it's just a beautiful serene home to come home to (especially after working long hours). Our staff used Julie's airbnb as our place to rest our head as well as our meeting space. Was a productive week for us - and Julie's space was instrumental in making our work week a success. Recommend Julie's home for any who are looking for a place in the long Beach area - we most definitely would like to book again when our 2025 conference rolls back into Long Beach THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine renovierte Einheit. Dadurch war es auch modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Resort, welches viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet und super gut belegen ist. Durch das Resort hat man vor Ort leicht die Möglichkeit für den Check-in oder nach Unterstützung zu fragen sollte man etwas im Apartment benötigen Es sind genügend Parkplätze verfügbar und der Parkplatz war auch im Preis inbegriffen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Crystal Cove ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die rutschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

Beautiful place. The location was perfect for our needs. Felt safe walking around at night. Very friendly staff and family friendly. Definitely will be back.

Casey was a great host for our recent stay at Marriott Newport Coast Villas. She was very accommodating and communicative as we were extending our stay an additional week and there was a quick turnaround time from my renting it to us needing the unit. She handled it with ease and made it possible for us to have another week in California.
