My family was comfortable staying at Allan's airbnb. Allan is responsive to our queries. It's good value versus other high cost airbnb places in the area.

The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

It was a good stay for 3 days 2 nights overall. Tho there are a little mishaps, the owner and caretaker are very responsive and tried to accommodate our requests and fixed the issues.

It was my 2nd time to stay in this place. Had a great time with my friends! This is a really private place where you can enjoy nature with your friends. It is a go-to place near Manila where you can enjoy nature and peace during the weekend.

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

Thanks to Ms. Joanne! Very responsive and ganon din kay ate lorna and kuya dennis. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and cozy. The place was complete with all amenities from toiletries, bed linens, and cooking utensils.

During our one-night stay, the place exuded a charming provincial vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it felt like a luxurious hotel experience with complimentary toiletries and pristine white bath towels. Gina, the caretaker, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. We had a great time and we will surely recommend this place to our friends and family. This was a wonderful place. The surrounding community is undergoing development still so you may want to bring in some extra snacks and things. The access granted for the water park and the beach area were excellent. There were restaurants there and things to keep busy with all day. The house is great. Plenty of space for guests, amazing kitchen, and a great pool. The views from the multiple balconies are also fantastic for catching a sunrise or sunset. Marylen is a great host as well. Her team responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights to prepare for the Spartan Race at KDR Adventure Camp. The property is just 8 minutes away from KDR. While there is no Wi-Fi, the mobile data signal is strong in the area. The property is also conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and 7/11. Plus, the host, Sir Jaazriel, is very warm and responsive.

I really like the place, nag enjoy kaming family, ang bait din ni ate mayomi and her husband, first time namin gumamit ng airbnb and good experience naman, wala akong marereklamo, sulit ung bayad, thanks ate mayomi and sir alex!
