Welcome to River Run. A modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath hideaway set on a spacious riverfront lot with direct river access. Enjoy meals on the deck, watch the Eagles, Osprey, deer, geese and other wildlife that call this home. Kayak, tube, fish, sunbathe, read, do nothing or everything. The choices are yours. Complete the day with a bonfire, sunset and star gazing. The wide-open skies of River Run offers amazing night skies. All bedrooms offer big screen smart tvs w/ blue ray players. ENJOY!!!

We have plenty of parking and there is a second cabin on the same property available too!

Enjoy our kayaks on the lake, or sit around a relaxing fire. If your a beach person the beach is less than a minute away, take our beach chairs down and enjoy the day. If biking is your thing, we're just a couple miles from the White Pine trail. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, please come and enjoy.

Lakefront Cottage, 4 kayaks, w/ pontoon option

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Tustin Treasure on Diamond Lake

Cozy and comfortable lakefront cabin is situated on Diamond Lake. Diamond Lake is all sports, but generally stays very quiet. The fishing is great. There is an excellent boat launch. Be transported back to simpler times in this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom cabin. There are two large living rooms, a dining area, and an eat in kitchen. The cabin is nostalgic with very basic modern amenities. This is a great place to relax and a super launching point to Cadillac & Traverse City, etc.

Listen to the river as it rolls over rocks and winds around the bend from the two-tier deck, large backyard, or covered loft porch. Paddle kayaks, float away on tubes, watch eagles fish, or cast your own line in the water from the dock platform. At night, gaze at the stars or spend nights by the fire circle or fireplace. This home has very few neighbors for privacy and peace of mind. In this classic A Frame, you will feel at home and make “up north” memories!

For those looking to explore and walk your dog we offer 40 acres of private property 3 miles down the road. Great neighborhood and lots of privacy. Pet friendly!
