En liten, koselig ettroms leilighet (26kvm) i toppetasjen på bygård på Majorstuen, mot Fagerborg. Veldig sentralt til alt, men samtidig et trygt og rolig strøk. Leiligheta er lys og trivelig, og har en fin sørvestvendt balkong som går inn mot en rolig bakgård. Her er det sol store deler av døgnet, når årstiden tillater det! :) Leiligheta har en veggseng som er 1.40 m, som slås ut fra veggen (OBS: Denne er tung!). The apartment is best suited for 1 - 2 people, but can also sleep 4 people with the sleeping sofa that is good for an additional 2 guests.

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

"Barcode" WALKING distance to Opera,Munch, Central
