Super Preis leistungsverhältnis, wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es war kein Problem. Sehr netter Besitzer und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

I really appreciate him I booked suddenly in late night and informed expected check in time will be 4~5am. it was for my gf travel. but she was late regarding ferry's delaying. though he just waited for long time kindly. thank you so much. unless your kindness, my gf might spent time in strange place without friends...

Thomas place has a wonderful view. Our room was clean and comfortable. They have a restobar and the food tasted really good. ☺

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The view is absolutely stunning—whether you’re enjoying your morning swim or winding down in the evening, it adds something really special to the experience. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my brief stay. Her hospitality truly stood out. And the pets—so sweet and well-behaved—they added a lovely, comforting presence. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to rest and recharge, I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb. It’s a little slice of calm and comfort that I’m so grateful to have found.

Lala is such a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and accommodating. The place is also a very good place to stay, most especially for big groups. Tho the beaches near are not white/sand, they’re very accessible as you can all find them just along the highways.

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Wenn man Hilfe benötigte, waren Janet und Olivia sofort da um zu unterstützen. Der Markt ist nicht weit entfernt. Aber ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert. Ich habe mir ein Motorbike bei Eddy geliehen. Er bringt es auch zur Villa. Tingko Beach ist nicht weit, am besten hat mir dort das Resort Voda Krasna gefallen. Tisch direkt am Strand 500 Peso. Der Ort Alcoy ist nicht besonders groß, aber man bekommt alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Ansonsten findet man in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung den Ort Dalaguete. Alcoy ist zentral gelegen, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen kann. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in deiner Villa.

nice place and accessible for water activities like canyoneering. i recommend this place if you want to stay in moal boal 👌

Julie's place was very convenient for doing sardine run and seeing turtles. We had a wifi problem which the host tried to help us with but did not get fully resolved. The house had a fully equipped kitchen which was very helpful. She was also very helpful in arranging a guide for our sardine run snorkeling.

Jezyle assisted us from the start of our transaction until I checked out. The house was spacious, so it's a great place for a big group. The place is spotless. Overall, I love our stay. It was definitely worth the price. Thank you Jeyzel and your fam who guide us through our stay.

A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!
