Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Österåker Municipality

Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem wunderbaren Haus von Karin bleiben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch und Karin ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin.

We have stayed in about 30 AirBnBs but this was our favorite. The rooms caught the morning sunshine through to the evening sunset, everything was so spacious and comfortable. The location was blissful, yet within an easy drive of Vaxholm and Stockholm. Supermarket close by. We all felt so relaxed.

We came in from Galveston Texas, to visit with family & friends. We booked Matt’s place because it was close to my family. Omg, it was a beautiful location. So peaceful. We were so rejuvenated after we got there after a long flight. Perfect place to come to after the hectic days. If & when we come in again, we will be calling on y’all. Thanks so much!

Die Unterkunft von Malin und Sven ist einzigartig schön! Wunderschöne Lage in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur. Das Anwesen war einfach nur ein Traum, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, welche sich auf dem Grundstück hervorragend beschäftigen konnten. Gemeinsames Kochen in einer wundervollen Küche, Boule spielen, Kanu fahren oder einfach nur den wundervollen Garten oder die Schärenwelt geniessen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei❤️. Die Kommunikation mit Malin war immer top, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Malin und Sven🥰

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

Immense, confortable et chaleureuse maison de famille sur la belle île de Linanäs, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Idéal pour partager avec des amis. Marie est une hôte réactive et très amicale. Le trampoline, les petites plages alentour, le kayak, la facilité d’accès depuis Stockholm ont rendu ces vacances très relax et reposantes.

Apartment as described and matched the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked for its size. Coffee included! Convenient Gamla Stan location - easy to walk across the river and on a quieter Gamla Stan street. Very close to palace. A nice bakery restaurant is at the end of the street by the water. Obviously keep in mind that it’s an old building as it lists, full of charm. Depending on your family’s preferences, do note that the bathroom is quite snug. Our children also slept on the couch in the living room but they did find the house was a bit creaky when our family member sleeping downstairs would need to use the spiral staircase near the couch to reach the bathroom at night. FYI, if you’re planning on sleeping on the couch but you’re a light sleeper. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the right stay for you. Overall good stay and everything was as expected for a Gamla Stan apartment.

this is a lovely apartment in a hip district of Stockholm with lots of good coffee, shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. It’s nice because it also has an elevator.

Nydelig og sjarmerende leilighet midt i gamlebyen. Den ligger i toppen av et eldre murhus uten heis, og anbefales for gjester som ikke har problem med trapper. Det er svært kort gangavstand til alle severdigheter og spisesteder i gamlebyen og huset er en autentisk og sjarmerende bygård. Som man må forvente midt i sentrum er det en del støy, både fra utelivet i helgen, og fra søppeltømming og varelevering på morgenen. Leiligheten er smakfullt innredet og inneholder alt man trenger for et behagelig opphold. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

We had a great stay at Bella's place, you could not ask for a better location in Stockholm to explore the city. This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment that easily fit 4 adults. Very clean, comfortable, and amazing views of the city. We also had a washer and dryer, which was great. It is the top floor apartment, so there are many stairs up that may be hard for some people, but we managed okay. Would highly recommend to other guests, especially if you don't mind the stairs. Truly in the heart of Gamla Stan!

Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

Wow…did not realize when we booked Elisabeth’s apartment we would be totally surrounded by Old Stockholm’s history. What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Stockholm. We walked the entire city during our visit. We will be back!

Très bel appartement dans le quartier très chic de Stockholm. Tout est accessible à pieds ou en métro. Magnus est très réactif en cas de besoin ou pour des recommandations !

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

Vi kom precis hem efter en magisk vecka på Resarö i Daniels jättefina hem. Daniel var verkligen en toppenvärd som mötte upp oss vid incheckningen och vänligt visade oss runt. Vi kunde lätt ställa frågor som han snabbt och smidigt besvarade perfekt. Samma sak vid utcheckningen som gick hur smidigt och bra somhelst. Huset är en dröm och tillsammans med en underbar pool, välskött trädgård och jacuzzi så fick vi en fantastisk semestervecka tillsammans! Kan varmt rekommendera Daniels hus och vi kommer jättegärna tillbaka. :)

Die Villa Sjöman ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Personen (Familie und/oder Freunde). Sie liegt etwa 10 Minuten vom Festland entfernt und ist - was wir ganz toll fanden - nur mit einem Boot zu erreichen Sie bietet innen und außen sehr viel Platz, sie liegt direkt am See, man kann baden, es werden SUPs und Kajaks zur Verfügung von Emelie und Jacob zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, es gibt zwei Bäder und ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Jacob hat uns beim Check in alles sehr ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt und ist mit uns auch die nähere Umgebung mit dem Boot abgefahren. Der Kontakt mit Emelie und Jacob ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, herzlich und unkompliziert. Sie sind top Gastgeber. Besser geht’s nicht! Vielen Dank nochmal für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

"Wir hatten einen fantastischen 14-tägigen Familienurlaub in Jennys & Fredriks Haus! Das Haus ist einfach großartig - geräumig, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik war ebenfalls hervorragend, er war stets erreichbar und hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Lage ist ideal, wir konnten sowohl die Ruhe der Umgebung als auch die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten genießen. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Für uns war es perfekt ! Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Das Haus ist gross und gemütlich , zudem ein schöner Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Badesteg ist ca 300 m hinter dem Haus, zum grosser Badestrand sind es ca 15 Minuten Spaziergang, Bushaltestellen nach Stockholm oder ins Zentrum von Vaxholm (3 Stationen) bzw zum großen Fähranleger sind auch nur ca 300 m entfernt. Die Fähren 83 welche in der Sl card enthalten sind fahren nur 3 morgens und 3 am Abend bzw Nachmittag, für die anderen Fähren welche den ganzen Tag fahren muss man extra zahlen, aber die Fährfarten sind traumhaft schön. Ansonsten einfach mit dem Bus/ Metro nach Stockholm fahren . Vermieter war immer erreichbar und unkompliziert, auch ein späterer checkout war kein Problem. Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Mischung aus Stockholm city und Vaxholm !!!
