Big and spacious apartment located on a farm

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.

I Gausdal, 15 km sør for Skeikampen og 25 km nord for Lillehammer, finner du Holthaugen Gard. Her kan du overnatte i stille og rolige omgivelser, med kort veg til ulike opplevelser som Skeikampen, Lillehammer, Hunderfossen og Lekeland. På sommeren er det høner, griser og ku som går rundt på ulike områder på gården her. På vinteren har vi ofte besøk av rådyr og elg. I bestemor-huset på Holthaugen Gard har det alltid vært både hjerterom og husrom, og nå ønsker vi deg som gjest velkommen hos oss.

Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

Unn deg avslappende dager i «Fø’råa» (føderådshuset) på Sveen. 6km fra Skeikampen skidestinasjon - som forøvrig holder på å bli en helårsdestinasjon - med vakker natur som kan nytes på ski, med sykkel eller til fots! Der har du også spisesteder og et utvalg butikker. 30min til handlegater/kjøpesenter i Lillehammer, 30min til Lilleputthammer/Hunderfossen, 15min til Aulestad, og 50min til jettegrytene i Helvete, for å nevne noe. Huset ligger på et trivelig gårdstun, med gratis parkering.

Må ha 4x4 på vinter. 15 min til sentrum og Skeikampen, 30 min til Lillehammer og 45 min til Hunderfossen.
