Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. Stay at The Courtyard, a beautiful stone barn conversion set in 2-acre private grounds in the Cotswolds, close to Soho Farmhouse, Oxford & Shakespeare's Stratford. Luxury single storey accommodation: 4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms; large, comfortable sitting room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private sun terrace. The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms with a lounge /dining area. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)

The Dovecote is an elegant peaceful cottage, set in a garden of a medieval Manor. In Tudor times the Dovecote providing doves to the Royal Palaces Today, the dovecote has undergone extensive restoration, converting it into a charming living space, with modern facilities and fast Wifi. Now it's ideal for different purposes from a relaxing getaway, to a home from home for a business traveller or a quiet space to study. The Dovecote has a modern kitchen with a dining Table.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Pool House at Upper Farm (near Thame/Oxford)

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
