Located at the walking distance from the most famous sightseeing spots such as Kuradukuri zone(old storehouse zone), Toki-no-kane, Hikawa Shrine etc.

And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

This house, with samurai roots, is over 150 years old and stands on a vast site of approximately 10 hectares. Structurally strong and beautiful, this traditional Japanese house has been carefully passed down over the years as a local asset.
