We enjoyed staying at Fred’s condo. We had car problems and needed to stay an extra night in Branson. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great property at a great price. There was so much to do. The unit exceeded expectations. I would recommend calling to ensure you get a bottom floor unit if you have people who struggle with stairs in your party (check photos).

Excellent experience. Checkin is very similar to a hotel with 24x7 availability. Room was nice and the Murphy bed was comfortable and very easy to set up. Nice golf course view from the back porch. I highly recommend this property. Excellent value for the cost.

Very clean , great view from the living room and master bedroom of the lake. Location is 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

As an alternative to a hotel, this place was a great find for downtown Memphis. The mattresses are very soft, which wasn't a great fit for us but some may like. The building was very warm/humid, but the unit was perfectly temperature controlled. It's an easy walk to Beale Street and other great restaurants and the baseball/basketball stadiums. The best/unique part was the number of fish tanks around the public spaces in the building, which my son is really into. Super impressive. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
