It was very clean and met our needs well. Great communication.

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

As always, we enjoyed our stay at the loft. Secure parking and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. It had all that we needed for our stay.

Probably my favorite Airbnb so far! We were completely charmed by the vibe (amazing decor!), it was cleaner than clean, had everything you needed and then some, cozy beds, and a very friendly host. Location is amazing, close to everything. Can’t say enough good things about this place, no complaints at all!

Well located, simply yet tastefully decorated, close to town center as well as to other attractions, communicative and friendly host. What more could you ask for?

The neighborhood and the apartment building are quite old, and the building has been updated to add A/C, new windows. The apartment is well decorated, and the owner's father was readily available to check on things and be sure I had what I needed. He was very helpful and friendly - offering tea, food, etc. There are beautiful shade trees in the neighborhood, and I felt safe. It is on a busy street, so there is road noise since you are in the city. But the bedrooms are in the back of the apartments. It is very close to the interstate, to Wash U, and just a short drive to the airport and downtown.

We enjoyed our one night stay in Travis' AirBnB! The space was laid out nicely, and their was plenty of room for our group of six. We were thankful for the coffee, bottled water, and bars that were available to guests. I also noted that there were condiments and popcorn and other assorted items for guests to use, which was a nice touch. We did not stay long as we were in late and out early, but we enjoyed our experience.

This house was a wonderful place for us to rest and relax while being close to the hospitals. My granddaughter was in the hospital and it made it great sanctuary for us to rejuvenate during a difficult time! Adie was very flexible with us on our check-in time, which was very helpful since our reservation was made very last minute.

Karen Elaine's house checks all the boxes for us, as a private, well furnished, clean, organized and comfortable place to rest and relax. She is a great host, giving good directions, leaving adequate instructions and furnishings. We highly recommend Karen Elaine and plan to return!

I stayed here while I was traveling for work, it was a great stay for that and really worth the money. Would recommend.

Great house in Fayetteville! We felt right at home and plan on returning in the fall. The house is very comfortable, is super clean and has modern amenities. We spent most of our time while at the house on the wonderful front porch and bright sun room. Home is in a great location - we walked to the coop and to restaurants downtown. Highly recommend it!

Fue mi mejor opción para pasar dos noches enteras, pasamos la primer noche descansando después de un largo día en silver dólar city , éramos 6 adultos y mis dos hijas , mis papás tomaron la recámara de abajo con baño completo , mis hermanos tomaron los dos sofás camas , mi marido mis hijas y yo tomamos la recámara de arriba , no tiene puerta pero la sentí más privada y me gustó la parte donde puedes asomarte a la sala y cocina , pasamos año nuevo y estuvimos cocinando, mi check out era a las 10am y Katie me dejó hacer check out a las 11am sin ningún problema! Por la desvelada de año nuevo! Recomiendo este lugar

The condo was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. Close to activities without being right in the middle of crowds and traffic. Nice big bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Peaceful deck. Great value. Highly recommend and will book again!

This was my 4th or 5th stay at this nice condo. I'm convinced it has the best view of any Airbnb at the Lake. Steve is a great host. I arrived soon after a pretty big snowfall, and Pelican Bay had the complex plowed and shoveled really well.

Great price and location. Nice place for 2 couples. Our first time at an Airbnb and it felt like somebodys home and not just a hotel room or rental. We arrived a few minutes early, contacted Calvin and he opened the door for us.
