The third story is comprised of a spacious living area along with an outdoor deck featuring ocean and bay views.

Plus a new mattress (November 2024). 🔕 Please note: this is a peaceful property. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted.

The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
