Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Great studio in a very accessible part of the city. Stayed 5 nights. Great restaurants and sites within walking & uber. We got all over the place really easily. Great instructions from the host! Would stay again!

An amazing place. This was our second time in Hunters home and it my favorite place to stay when in San Diego! Will definitely stay again

Easy host, allowed us to check in early because of our flight landing early. House was nice, clean, and the hot tub was awesome!

Crystal was great! She was responsive and provided flexible check in and check out times. The Airbnb was spacious and each room had their own bathroom. It was the perfect Airbnb for our stay. Highly recommend! Will be re-booking if we have another group vacation!

We loved our stay at Sommer's apartment! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people. Quiet neighborhood location but still convenient access to downtown, Little Italy, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, and more. Sommer's instructions were perfect and she was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My family loved staying at Zoe's place. It accommodated our family perfectly and it was very homey and comfortable! We would love to stay here again the next time we are in San Diego.

Great home to stay in with a family. Lots of kid friendly amenities. Walking to great cafes and delicious restaurants as well as a park. Love the hot tube and deck decor - truly a great place to lounge and relax.

Tout était parfait ! Merci pour tout le beau séjour, tout était à 10 minutes en voiture . Le logement propre et bien rangé avec cuisine bien équipée et salle de bain avec savon et shampooing disponible.

Nous étions en visite pour voir notre fille en études à San Diego. Le logement loué est idéalement placé près des grandes artères et ayant une place de stationnement dans un parking attenant à la maison. Le quartier est calme et paisible et à 5 mins de la Jolla Cove. La maison est bien équipée surtout pour un long séjour. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et agréables. Pour les arrivées de nuit, regardez le numéro au niveau du toit ou repérez-vous avec le poteau devant le trottoir. San Diego est une ville très agréable à visiter et surtout ce quartier de la Jolla qui allie calme et activités maritimes. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette demeure pour bien profiter de votre séjour en toute quiétude.

Dawn's place is great. If you are looking for a place located in a downtown area, walkable to restaurants, stores and very close to the Zoo; this is it. Place was well equipped, especially for families with kids. Plus the proximity to San Diego's attractions and specifically this spot in the North Park downtown is perfect after a tiring day where you could walk down get food to-go for the family. Minor thing to consider is, the home faces the back alley from the Dale Street. A rather temporary thing to consider is, the house behind this one is undergoing some construction. It is a minor annoyance that should pass eventually, until then some construction vehicle sounds are expected through the morning/day. If an opportunity presents itself, we'd certainly be back. House is clean, thoughtfully equipped even with a high chair for toddlers. It felt at home after long tiring days at SD's attractions. not to mention, airport is less than 15mins away.

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. It was nice to have 3 separate housing units as we had 3 families in our party. The 2 bedroom house is connected to the owners (I'm assuming) property and they are on site. The property was very clean and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. I wish there were a few more hand towels but with a washer/dryer in every unit we were able to wash them. The backyard was really great and the kids loved playing back there! The driveway is long and fairly narrow. The houses aren't on a busy street so it's easy enough to back out. I didn't love the late check in (5PM) but they did allow us to check in early (for a fee.) We had a great vacation and I would recommend this property!

Other than being directly in the flight path (which we became relatively used to after a couple days), the location was ideal for walking to all things Little Italy and driving to all things San Diego. Ben & Kyle even provided earplugs in each room to offset the plane noise, which was hugely appreciated. The house had everything we needed, and easily accommodated our family of six (including 2 kids). We even capped off our trip to a night at Nolita Hall which is directly across the street.

Eric and Natalie were great host and were very accommodating with all our requests. Their home is in a perfect location within short drivable distance to Balboa park, SD Downtown and the Airport. The home itself was perfect for our weekend vacation for our family. We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family in future.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

We had a really nice stay! The AirBnB was in the perfect spot, extremely close (2-3 minute walk) to all of the shops and restaurants/bars in North Park, and about a 10-15 minute walk to Balboa park. We were able to walk to cute coffee shops every morning, explore the book/plant/thrift stores nearby, and find a lot of good places to eat/get drinks in the area. The beds were comfy, and the space was perfect for our group of 4-6. Carla was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. I highly recommend this stay!

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

Place was amazing. Exactly what my family of 4 needed for a quick weekend away. It was clean, easy to find with the provided instructions, and a great condo. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you’d need.
