Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

Lovely quiet location but still close to town. The place was clean, warm and comfortable. Alistair was friendly and communicative, and even left a gift to welcome us.

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Great place to stay in Tauranga. Easy access, great flat, with parking . Easy to grab.

The apartment was well appointed. Double bed was super comfy. Loved swimming in the heated pool and a soak in the hot tub before dinner. Also just a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Had everything we needed for a working holiday. We would definately stay there again.

Vicky’s place was great! Perfect for the 4 of us, located right near the Whangamata high street and a great view over the town and of the hills in the distance. The lounge was comfortable to relax in, the balcony got a lot of sun and the flat had all the amenities you could want. The instructions for finding the building, getting in and where to park, etc. were very clear and Vicky was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again

One of the comfiest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! The place was exactly as pictured — modern, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrellas (both big and small!) and the dehumidifier, which made indoor laundry drying a breeze. Parking was super easy and convenient. You can even see your spot from the living room. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The location was perfect for day trips to places like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, and Rotorua. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the area!

The place has the best spot if you would like to enjoy the view of Lake Rotorua. Very modern and cozy house, have all the basic necessitates. Our family enjoyed the stay and was hoping would come again in future time.

Environnement paisible, calme. La maison et les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est ergonomique. La salle de bain est propre, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser le spa.

Very nice place for myself and my wife. Just one thing, didnt have an iron or ironing board. That's all. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you Colin.

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

This bach was such a wonderful place to stay. Even better than the photos show! The outdoor areas are lovely and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend.

Large, spacious home. Was really conveniently located too. Glen was also responsive to any queries. We'd totally come back here next time.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
