Spectacular Mountain Retreat

Cottage is the guest house of our country home. Situated on a mountain with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge and access to many hiking trails; biking; fishing and swimming in private pond only steps from the door. Cottage is located within easy driving distance of multiple wineries, Sky Line Drive and Shenandoah National Park; Montpelier; and restaurants and shops. We can accommodate no more than one dog, with prior permission. In April 2023, we again upgraded our internet (see below).

Skyline Drive astounds with valley views is also just 15 minutes away.

This cabin is now SOLAR powered with a fully automated (touch free) standby generator as back-up. Note-electric vehicles cannot be charged at this property!

Our spacious cottage is located in Luray -- only a short 20-minute drive from the Shenandoah National Park's Thornton Gap entrance. Our cottage offers panorama mountain views. Enjoy the gorgeous Blue Ridge views from our deck, living room, and kitchen/dining room. From the master bedroom, you may catch a glimpse of the Massanutten Mountain. We have three bedrooms (two king beds, and two twin beds with trundles) and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 children.
