Pebble Cottage is a boutique fisherman's cottage, with free on site parking, approximately 200m from the beach is ideal for a family getaway, or for the couple that require extra space to kick back and relax for a romantic break. An ideal base for visiting local villages. Whether you are looking a for good value summer holiday close to the amazing beach and dunes of Kessingland or a cosy winter break, Pebble Cottage will give you a feeling of relaxation the moment you walk through the door.

Alder at Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts

Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for families, couples and solo adventurers. (Self-catering breakfast baskets £22 for veggie/£25 for meaty).

Welcome to our seaside chalet on a small friendly site situated in the lovely area of Kessingland. This area is great to explore. For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

Beautiful Edwardian terrace house just a 4 minute walk from beautiful sandy beach. This home has been renovated to a high standard retaining period features but including modern comforts and Scandinavian influences. Situated on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast twenty minutes from Southwold. You’ll love the stylish interior, super comfy beds, outside space and the location - perfect for exploring the Suffolk countryside and seaside. Dog and child friendly. WiFi and on street parking.

Fisherman's Cottage

Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Crown Cove House. 1 minute from beach

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Relax in your private garden with seating and a Lay-Z-Spa (Toronto) hot tub. Includes private parking for up to 2 cars. Pet friendly (£10 fee). A travel cot & small camp bed are available on request.
