Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger.
