Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The garden and the pools are of the condominium. The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks, wii fii and it has just been renovated.

Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers/week). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.

The lower terrace gives access to the house via a set of French doors, both terraces offering spectacular sea views. The open space with lounge and kitchen and the three bedrooms (two with en suite) are furnished in typical Sardinian style with a contemporary touch.
