It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

The room and the bathroom have recently been renovated. Please note that there is no air-conditioning; however the room is on the ground floor of the house, it is not directly exposed to sun, it has massive walls so it doesn´t get hot there. Street parking is available free of charge. There is also no possibility to barbecue. You should have a car while in Novigrad -public transport is not good!
