We just installed a NEW jacuzzi top of the line hot tub and a 65 in frame tv in the living room and another tv in the guest room! This 1400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is clean, bright, decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and luxurious. The house has 2 gorgeous bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with everything you need to cook a feast, tons of pool towels, a SALT water pool, hot tub, a brand new stainless steel outdoor grill, an outdoor ping pong table, 3 umbrellas for shade by the pool, designer and incredibly comfortable pool chaise lounge chairs, multiple outdoor couches in the shade for relaxing, a wood burning fire pit, a putting green. . . and the list goes on. You may not want to leave this amazing oasis but if you choose to venture out, the property is located on a quiet street in the highly desirable movie colony east neighborhood which is within walking distance to the palm springs downtown area and Ruth Hardy park and playground. The neighborhood is gorgeous with many luxurious homes, including homes of celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Lucille Ball, etc. It is the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that palm springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. You will also be about 1 mile or less from Albertson, Ralphs and Fresh & Easy grocery stores, starbucks, gyms, pharmacies, the main hospital and lots of dining. The entire home – outdoor and indoor – was completely remodeled in 2013 and updated since as needed. Everything is lovely featuring: * an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and tons of beautiful cabinets, which is open to the living room and the pool deck. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own coffee), a kitchen aid commercial quality blender, a toaster, dishes and glasses (water, margarita, wine, and martini glasses) and all the utensils and serving dishes you will need. * fresh bathrooms with white towels, rain shower heads, quartz countertops, drawers for storage, shampoo/conditioner and soaps, and hair dryers * ardex light grey flooring through-out * modern lighting and fixtures * indoor gas fireplace * beautiful outdoor landscaping featuring tons of grass and a putting green for you golfers to practice on * new mattresses (master – king; guest 1 – queen; guest 2 – two twins). Bedding provided. * private lanai off the master and off one of the guest bedrooms * nice furniture through-out, including an indoor dining table that can seat up to 8 and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The pool, gas weber grill, outdoor table and hot tub are in the front yard and the backyard has abundant shade and grass equipped with a ping pong table and putting green – both of which you can see from the open living/dining/kitchen area through the huge glass sliding doors. The pool is heated (at an additional cost) and is equipped with lots of pool toys and fabulous pool towels. The stereo system is compatible with your smart phone through blue tooth technology and the TV is a 50” flatscreen hdtv with cable, including HBO, and DVR. The living room and pool face west overlooking amazing mountain views and gorgeous palm trees. At night the pool and palm trees are lit, which is a nice sight. In addition to the amenities described above, this house provides other modern amenities such as, a full size washer and dryer, wifi, hd cable tv, swamp cooler, central a/c & heating and ceiling fans. The carport and driveway fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking as well. This home will not disappoint. It is perfect for a family or 2-3 couples. We also provide gardening,disposal service and on-call pool service whenever the pool needs to be cleaned (the desert is windy so sometimes a clean more then 1-2 week is necessary). If you are coming as a family with kids, the backyard is gated so you can play comfortably with the kids in the backyard (if you have the house doors and side gates closed), knowing they can't get through the gates to the pool area. The pool is NOT gated. We also have a pack n play and high chair if needed. RATES: There is a 2 night minimum. Rates may be higher for holidays, special events or high season. There is a one time $150 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 security/reservation deposit. Airbnb collects and holds the security deposit. The weekly/monthly rates listed change depending on time of year, so when you inquire I will give you the price. All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% - TOT Permit #6015. City ID 446. This tax is included in the nightly rate. Optional pool heater fees will apply in Spring, Fall and Winter months- $50 a day/ $300 a week. (That is on the low end of the actual cost to heat the pool).
