We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Excelente! Solo tengo una observación y es que la entrada y el patio estaban sucios y hay huésped cómo yo que les encanta un café en el patio al aire libre o tomar unos tragos ahí, solo eso! Lo demás excelente en todo el sentido

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Weekend stay in between work trips and the Flamingo Loft was absolutely perfect. I dream of a tiny house layout on the beach. Dream come true. The loft was so spacious, the decor spot on and access to the beach was effortless. Thank you Matt and Jenny for sharing your beautiful loft. I will be back. ❤️

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

This place is great! Our second time booking this condo and can't wait to return. it's close to the beach, has a nice big pool, lots of great restaurants you can walk to and friendly neighbors. It was clean, has nice appliances, and the furniture was comfortable.

Absolutely stunning home inside and out! Location was perfection having the ocean one block away and a private oasis in the backyard. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and welcoming as well as the neighboring areas. Would love to stay again!

Easy communication with host. It was great to have the hot tub and pool…and water temps were awesome! Beach wagon with chairs and towels were convenient. Would recommend!!

This was a guys trip pulling cars for the Amelia Island Concourse car show. We need enough bedrooms and beds and also the ability to park trucks and trailers off the street. This was a great fit for our needs.

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

I have stayed at Kay’s Airbnb 14 times since 2019!! I never even consider another place. It is very clean and well supplied. Best part, is that the sliding glass doors open right onto a small lawn that overlooks the beach. You can sit in the comfy charges on the lawn and look out at the water, or walk just a few feet and bury your feet in the sand. I think of this place as “ my” Airbnb!😆. Other than the pinball machines, which I could do without, the place is perfect!

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Greg’s place is spectacular. This house is right on the beach. The beach was always quiet even over the holiday weekend. The layout is great. My fiancé and I were upstairs and my sister, brother-in-law and niece had plenty of space downstairs. There are beach towels, beach, chairs, beach mats to lay on. They also had a canopy. The upper back deck had 2 loungers so you could lay down and relax. Plenty of outdoor seating on all of the decks. Spectacular view of the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Tons of bath towels. Greg offered shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, tp, paper towels, dish washer pods paper towels, plenty of cleaning products on both floors of the house in case you need anything..dryer sheets &tide. There’s basically two living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs both with nice televisions with plenty to watch.. The upstairs, ocean front bedroom has a tv as well. The house is very spacious. Greg was a great host! We will definitely return! Thanks Greg!
