It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

Hi - I offer a warm, welcoming, sunny space with everything you need. A modern kitchen and bathroom provide a comfortable family set up with a lounge area leading to the pool. Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

You will be staying in the character filled, old Kimbolton BNZ Bank (complete with teller box). This is a great Digital Nomad option - with ski fields within 2.5 hours. I live in the "Managers Quarters" which are through a door from the bank (the walls are very thick).

If you are after a relaxing and warm holiday home close to the beach, you'll find it here. The bach at Waikawa is a new semi-rural property located just a short walk (10 minutes) from the the beach. Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).

'Te Rangimarie' Pet Friendly

Pet friendly 4 bedrooms plus study home located about 20 minute's walk to the beach, the local store/takeaway, the Cosie Club where you can enjoy a drink and a meal, the tennis court, the skate park and the playground. The property is fully fenced with a lovely front private courtyard as well as a back yard. The kitchen/dining/lounge space is open plan with TV and air conditioning. Please bring your own towels. No use of the garage.

Welcome to Friendly Feilding! We are a country town 25 minutes from Palmerton North city. This self-contained sleepout with external private access is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Two-minute drive to the centre and less than 1 minute to the dairy. This cosy room is detached from the main house, so you can come and go as you wish with private check-in. Some of the amenities are ensuite, Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave and Queen bed.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
