This home is located on a 5 mile long secluded beach in Parrita. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the rolling ocean waves, walk on the beach or just relax in our private pool. Town is located about 10 mins. away with lots of shopping, restaurants and banks. There are several local waterfalls in Parrita and zip lining. The oversized backyard is great for entertaining, playing sports and special events. Surfing lessons, boat mangrove/monkey tours, waterfall tours and fishing right off the beach.
