Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

First of all, my apologies for the delay in sharing my review, but I really didn't want to write in a rush. My trip was a last-minute one, which is obvious when it's Goa. Though I am a regular visitor, the southern part was untouched, and I needed a place near the beach but not on it, that is peaceful, safe, clean, and gives you a getaway feeling. Believe me, I only chose this house after reading the host reviews, and besides the property being an amazing choice that checks all your laid-back vacation items, Onkar was the most humble BNB host I have experienced so far. I felt like I went to a friend's place, and that's how you care. Thanks, Onkar, for being yourself; it matters a lot for the experience. I would like to visit and stay again during the monsoons; it will be beautiful, I am sure. And I hope you liked us as guests, as it goes both ways. Glad to find a stay to recommend and visit again. I had a great stay at Pragati hosted stay near Benaulim Beach! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for relaxing and exploring the area. The rooms was clean, cozy, and had a laid-back vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the common areas were great for meeting other travelers. I really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and would definitely recommend Pragati to anyone visiting South Goa. We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. Exactly as described and Stanley could not have been more helpful and supportive on our first trip to India. From booking taxis and exchanging currency to recommending activities and local restaurants. The rooms are clean , tidy and all have a/c. We felt this accommodation was ideal for our trip as it provided a base point from which we could explore the region and try out lots of local restaurants as well as being close to the beach and shacks for those well deserved beach days..

Absolutely loved my stay at The 22, Bay Guest House in Canacona! The place looked exactly like the pictures — super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The stay was really comfortable, and having private parking was such a big plus — made everything so easy and hassle-free. Perfect spot for a chilled getaway. Would definitely recommend and come back again!
