We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The flat was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained—just like the pictures. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All the amenities were in excellent condition and made the stay very comfortable. The internet was reliable and worked well for office tasks—great for a workation. Almas was an excellent host—always helpful and prompt in responding. The beach is around 900 meters away and walkable. There are two routes—one for cars and a shorter walking path. I’d suggest avoiding the walking path at night due to street dogs. A small suggestion: adding a clock in the hall or room would give the space a more homely touch. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in the Baga/Calangute area. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!

The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Every staff were very approachable and available whenever required for cleaning, admin assistance etc. Well maintained property with luxury, privacy, clean and close to beach

Amazing place and very good staff.

Clifford's Airbnb was a well maintained place with the required basic facilities in it. It's a 2BHK space with a small sitting area in front of the door where you can chill with your friends. There is space for private car parking but the only thing is that the entry space is a bit narrow. Location is very good, it's very close to Ashvem beach, there are general stores and a shopping market nearby the place. Overall I would recommend to select this place if you're staying in North Goa.

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Alex is a superhost. Very helpful, always responded within minutes. The best part of stay was the location. just in front of the Ashwem view point. one can enjoy the serenity of the sea sitting at the balcony. There were lot of food joints nearby. Alex also helped to get cab for airport drop and local sightseeing. Overall a great stay .

Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven.
