Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Unterkunft – mit Herz und traumhaftem Ausblick! 🌅 Wir durften als vierköpfige Gruppe ein paar wundervolle Tage in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Familie Martin verbringen – und wir sind restlos begeistert! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur stilvoll und gemütlich, sondern bietet auch einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See, der jeden Moment dort besonders macht. Alles war blitzsauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den bequemen Betten für alle vier Personen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die unglaublich herzliche und gastfreundliche Art von Familie Martin – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Excellent spot for visiting Berlin! Lots of restaurants nearby (super kebab shop), plus supermarket and Asia market and good public transport just a few minutes walk. The apartment is not luxury, and the building it’s in is a bit drab, but the place is spotless, good hot water, and quiet. Very nice welcome by the host.

Very nice apartment that we stayed during a weekend in Berlin. The apartment is really spacious, especially liked the high ceilings. How the place is decorated is also nice. We didn't use much of the kitchen, mostly went eating out because there are so many options within a few minutes walking. Also the Mauerpark is around the corner and public transport is very easy.

Gerhards Appartement ist die beste Unterkunft, die man sich wünschen kann: sehr leicht erreichbar mit Bahn und BVG, sehr ruhig und zentral in einer angenehmen Ecke von Berlin und tiptop in Schuss. Gerhard ist ein absolut angenehmer Gastgeber: sehr freundlich und nie um tolle Tipps verlegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a great place to stay. Really good location with public transportation nearby. Lovely local restaurants, Arema on Birkenstrasse really good, also Arminiushalle, great collection of food. Comfy beds, two superb power showers. Very good on communication. Really recommend and we have enjoyed our very comfy stay immensely and may be back for another as so much to do in Berlin.

Incredible location, amazing property, and the most helpful and kind host too! Not a single complaint, everything was above standard. Will definitely be returning here when I next come to Berlin. Thank you again!

Logement très bien situé. Il s'agit d'un quartier familial et alternatif à la fois avec des petits café, quelques commerces, et non loin sur le grand boulevard il y a plus d'animation avec des kebabs. Les lignes de métro et de sbahn sont à proximité. On est en ville mais le quartier est calme ce qui est très apprécié.

El departamento es espacioso y súper limpio , está en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca del subte lo cual podes llegar caminando con las valijas sin complicaciones . Daniel siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier necesidad y recomendación ! El mejor airbnb en el que estuve , todo fue perfecto

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very close to public transportation. The two bedrooms have a great size and the place is very cozy. Vanni is great in communicating and he even provided a baby bed for our little daughter. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Thank you Karak and Dominic for a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and even nicer and more spacious than it looks in the photos. It had everything I needed for my stay and the hosts kindly left a welcome card and were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment is in a perfect location very close to Alexanderplatz but set back just enough to be quiet and peaceful. Everything I needed was nearby, including the train station and supermarket and as a lone traveller I felt very safe which was great! I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a great short stay. I also liked having the option to cook our own meals. There is lots to do/see/eat in the area and the U-Bahn is so close which made it really easy to get around. Wir hatte einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in einem kunstvollen Appartement, alles war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Noch dazu in absolut hervorragender Lage in Mitte! Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen :-)

Hatten 4 tolle Tage in Berlin! Die Lage ist optimal für schöne Spaziergänge entlang der Spree und man hat ne tolle Anbindung in die Stadt. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in den Kapitänsdecks und waren von den Räumlichkeiten, der Lage und dem unkomplizierten Check-In/Check-Out begeistert! Die Kommunikation mit Conny lief problemlos und wir erhielten stets ausführliche und schnelle Antworten zu allen aufgekommenen Fragen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten ein fantastisches Wochenende in Grebs - besonders der schöne Garten und der Whirlpool haben es uns angetan :) Die Wohnung war modern, sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders loben muss ich noch die Nettigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der gastgebenden Familie. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren sehr happy mit der Unterkunft! Es war freundlich und hell eingerichtet und alles so, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben! Wald, See und Stadt- Kern fix zu erreich - Lage also top. Sonne scheint in die Wohnung und nachts schön leise, so dass wir entspannt schlafen konnten. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

Tolle Adresse, liegt super praktisch in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Laden, Thermen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Kommunikation war perfekt und die Wohnung ist ebenso top und sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach eines Hauses mit insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren super und es gab auch Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Auch in der Küche hat es auch nichts gefehlt, so konnte man sich einfach wohl fühlen. Wie können es einfach nur weiter empfehlen.
