In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be completely carbon neutraly. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

In the centre of Prenzlauer Berg, directly on Schönhauser Allee, you will find this ministudio (13 m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor of a side wing. Ideal for 1-2 people. It is 5-7 minutes to the underground (U2) and S-Bahn (Ringbahn + S8+S85). Trams (M1, M13, 50) are just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. Shopping facilities are also available.
