...an der Grenze von Weissensee zu Prenzlauer Berg, liegt die Ferinewohnung zentral mit 4 km Entfernung zum Alexanderplatz. Der Steinmetzhof, ein idyllischer Gewerbehof mit Künstler- Bildhauer- und Desingateliers, sowie einen kleinen Veranstaltungsort für experimentelle Musik und Jazzsessions, ist Teil eines Gewerbeareals, Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts erbaut, mit ebenerdigen Gewerbehallen aus Backstein und einem 2-stöckigen Backstein-Kopfbau, der zugleich die Ferienwohnung beherbergt.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Die helle und grosse 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit modernem Duschbad und voll ausgestatteter Küche ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Supermärkte, Drogerien, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartement ideal, für drei Personen bequem. Es ist modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Lang- oder Kurzurlaub braucht.

Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
