Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

You’ll be staying in a peaceful, family‑friendly neighborhood surrounded by beautiful walking trails, open spaces, and parks perfect for kids. The area is quiet, safe, and ideal for enjoying Colorado’s outdoors. Despite the tranquil setting, you’re just minutes from Downtown Parker, with its great restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local shops. You’ll also be a short drive from Sky Ridge Hospital and have quick access to I‑25, making it easy to reach Denver, Castle Rock, and the mountains.

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

1 bedroom loft with full kitchenette. Close to DTC and only minutes from light rail, access to I-25, and everything Denver offers. It's the perfect place to rest your head after a hard day of work or travel. Our loft has a queen-sized bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric stove for basic cooking, and complimentary coffee and tea. Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
