Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! ( plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Once you have spent the day walking, biking or riding you can light a fire in the woodburner and curl up with a book or ease into the freestanding bath in your bedroom. Ideal for a relaxing escape. Wonderful walks from the doorstep in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Uncrowded hills and 2 pubs nearby. The historic Llanthony Priory has an atmospheric bar in the cellar with excellent evening food.

Hen Ty (meaning old house) is a cosy cottage with modern comfort ( please note that the woodburner is not useable but there is full central heating) It sits in a quiet rural location and is conveniently located for walking, cycling. Four miles away is the market town of Abergavenny, which has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops.
