The Annexe - Belle Vue House

Built in 1823 as the servants’ quarters, it blends period charm with thoughtful modern touches. A hideaway space in the grounds of a converted chapel on the edge of the Peak District offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 2, with a double sleigh bed and sofa, table and 2 chairs. Please note: there aren't any cooking facilities, apart from a microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. There is a fridge.

Our beautiful and newly refurbished (2023) cottage is right in the heart of Bakewell, Derbyshire. The location could not be more convenient - it's a minute walk into the centre where you will find excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and independent shops. We now also include free on-street parking. The Pudding Stop sleeps 2 guests (babies and dogs welcome too!) and is available for short breaks and week stays. This little hideaway is set within the garden of our 1830’s Grade II listed property.
