We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and it's very well-located. Easy to get there and to get in, and the hosts were always available and quick to answer.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

I loved the Airbnb, Ms. Eboni made the stay great. Location was great, the pool was fun and definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!! I hope the next person that gets to stay here enjoys the lovely stay

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay, the area was close proximity to restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend and stay in the future.

He was a great host, the apartment was very nice, the kitchen had whatever I needed. It has a cute balcony and a big and nice restroom. I didn't see anything particularly unsafe in the neighborhood, it just didn't feel quite safe at night. Although inside the building it was quite safe.

Me and my quests thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone thought it was beautifully taken care of and very accommodating. I will definitely rebook there and any other properties you may have available.

It was a great place to stay for 6 weeks while our son had to get treatment done at medical center. Host was very responsive to our needs and accommodating. Overall, we are very happy with the stay!

The house was fantastic, but the neighbors partied past midnight every single night. We stayed here for the Moody Gardens Ironman. The backyard was perfect for our dogs.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Fui con mi familia a todos Nos encantó la casa Muy limpia y tranquilo. Buen aire buenos TV buen espacio para pasar tranquilos un fin de semana. No vi nada malo a su alrededor, leí un comentario de otro visitante y me parece algo fuera de lugar. Observé varios vecinos trabajando haciendo reparaciones en sus casas. No vi nada fuera de lo normal y menos ningún tráfico de nada malo. Y estuve 4 días sin problemas. Recomienda esta casa a familias que quieran estar cómo en su casa! Beautiful home. Great space for the 6 of us. Home was clean and there was plenty of linens and kitchen essentials for us to use. There was an electronic keypad but it wasn’t working. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location to someone else. Thanks again Tammy.

Staying at hung's place was a pleasure. it was perfectly located for our needs , the home was cozy and clean, and quite at night no noises or people walking outside the house. hung was always available to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay at Nam's place. We were central to all of the attractions of the sea wall, yet her place was a peaceful retreat. Nam was responsive and ensured we had a smooth check-in.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. FINALLY a TV and Remote control you did not need a degree to figure out how to use. Thank you! Bring an extension cord. Sometimes the location of the outlets may not allow for chargers or laptop chargers to reach phones or laptops. The only suggestion is a coffee table. The only major issue that needs immediate attention for the entire complex, not just Julian's condo, is that signs MUST be placed on each balconly for NO SMOKING. This is my fourth stay within this complex and unfortunately, there's always that one guest that will smoke POT on the balcony where the gulf winds carry the stinch into other guest's condos. This is so inconsiderate. If other guests must smoke, they must do so in their vehicles; no exception. Otherwise, this condo was a steal for the rate advertised. I will be back. Insist those NON SMOKING signs be put up in each balcony.
