The Pumphouse at Lands End

A luxury hideaway on the banks of the Kariega River. The Pumphouse which was once used to house irrigation pumps many decades ago, now transformed into a space where luxury and nature meet. This romantic, self catering unit sleeps 2 in a king size bed. On arrival you can enjoy complimentary fresh homemade Roosterbrood while sitting in the wood-fired jacuzzi watching the wildlife roam across the river. Paddle in your canoe down the Kariega River and soak in the magnificent bird and wild life.

Our cottages are located within the 12,000ha Fort Governor's Estate just outside Grahamstown. With fantastic views out to the reserve from the privacy of your own deck, you can enjoy a romantic retreat or a relaxed getaway with a group of friends. So sit back, cool off in the pool, dig your toes into the sea sand of our boma, pour a drink and relax around a roaring fire. PLEASE NOTE : Access to all our lodges is via a farm dirt road. We are a working farm so road conditions are variable.

Heron Place. Sunny self-catering garden flatlet

Comfortable garden flatlet in a quiet neighborhood 1,5 km from the beach and 2 km from the nearest shopping centre. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, 2 plate stove and crockery and cutlery. The bed is a double bed. There is an area next to the unit where you can have your morning coffee while listening to the birds, or have an evening braai. There is a 32" tv with Netflix and wi-fi in the unit. Solar power ensures that there is no loadshedding.

Palomino Cottage is set in a quiet, easily accessible area in the rural village of Bathurst. Great for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers and bird watchers. The village itself has a lovely variety of restaurants, art galleries, shops and nurseries. 15 minutes to the coastal town of Port Alfred and 40 minutes to Makhanda/Grahamstown. Sleeps two in a private double room. A separate room with a bunk bed between the main bedroom and bathroom. Can accommodate one on the coach in the lounge.

Little Arniston is a charming and cozy cottage, ideal for a family holiday and is a mere 5 minute walk to pristine beaches, rock pools and sand dunes and convenience store. The cottage has two bedrooms as well as a "rumpus/family room" so it is the perfect set-up for 2 families sharing. The rumpus room can sleep two children but is not suitable for adults. There is secure parking, Wi-Fi and TV. We are only 20 minutes from East London Airport and less than 15 minutes to OK Foods
