Heaven Inn Devon “the cozy”

Cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with its own entry in a 130 year old historic home. The space where this apartment is located was originally a woodworking shop for the owner of the home. It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Fully upgraded 2nd floor unit of a century home located in the heart of downtown Fredericton. Walking distance to all you will need from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, art centers & galleries, Sip & Paint, game stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor store, ATM machines, and much more! The nearby walking trails will help you discover Wilmot Park, Officer Square, Boyce Farmers Market (on George St), the Garrison Market and the majestic Walking Bridge over the Wolastoq River.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
