Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

TRERUAN sits in a in a sunny south facing elevated position with an 180 degree view across Restronguet Creek overlooking the water. The tide is in two thirds of the time, ideal for birdwatchers, paddle boarders etc. The Old Tram road below forms part of the minerals track (with cycle hire) to the north coast. Falmouth with its maritime museum, sandy beaches, scenic river and marine watching trips is nearby. Loe beach watersports centre a short drive. Swimming/SUP from the quay 100m away.

Mooringside is a spacious apartment in a delightful creekside position in the peaceful village of Penpol overlooking the tidal Restronguet Creek. This is a wonderfully convenient place to stay, close to Truro and Falmouth. A short walk will take you to the sea at Point Quay, where you can swim or launch a kayak or boat. There are lovely walks nearby and you can cycle along the Bissoe Trail from here to the north Cornish coast. Mooringside has a courtyard garden which is a real sun trap.

Welcome to The Lodge at Camels, a contemporary 4-sleeper (+2 dogs) lodge set in idyllic Cornish coastal countryside with stunning sea views. The Lodge is set within our private land in the small hamlet of Camels above the fishing village of Portloe, on the Roseland Peninsular. A new-build project completed in spring 2022, The Lodge was designed to be a well appointed, minimal and contemporary space flush with its exceptional natural surroundings. The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)
