Dog Friendly! Mid-Term Rental. Are you looking for a quiet secluded vacation away from the hustle and bustle? Look no further than our Pentwater cottage "As you wish." This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Walk out to the firepit area, enjoy the upper deck for views or cooking out on the gas grill. Three bedrooms w/queens, three queen sofa sleepers, 2 1/2 baths. The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

A beautiful log home built in 2007 with all of the amenities you'd want nestled just below the flies only stretch of the Pere Marquette River. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A full kitchen and gorgeous view of the river. A great home base to enjoy all the activities available to you. It is also a wonderful place to relax in the hammock by the river. Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Hilltop Cottage in Pentwater Village

This is a custom built vacation home with central air-conditioning, built in music speakers throughout the house and WiFi. We are 3 blocks from downtown, but secluded with that "up north" feel. This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach. Spend your evenings at the fire pit or on the screened in porch!

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.

Escape to this spacious Pentwater Lakefront home. The 3,128 sq ft two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is the perfect family or group getaway. Nestled on the beautiful Pentwater Lake with easy access to Lake Michigan, the house has a private dock for up to a 60-foot-long boat. You’ll get to enjoy epic Michigan sunsets from the large windows indoors or the outdoor decks and patios.
