The Annexe - Idyllic and tranquil rural location

Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

Setup with everything you may need, including bedding and towels. With two double bedrooms, bathroom and a large living space this is perfect for a quiet getaway bolt hole or a place for family adventure. Goetre Hall is nestled in the heart of the beautiful rolling Welsh countryside near the Shropshire borders, on the outskirts of the small village of Meifod. Fox Cottage is on the left hand side of the photograph. Hare Cottage is on the right. The footpaths on our doorstep give you an excellent opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the rolling hills and valleys. This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.

Traditional Grade 2 listed farm house dating back to the 18th century, has been recently restored to its former glory with a tradition but also modern feel. Four spacious bedrooms with 1 of them with a king size double bed, including a en suite, a double bed, single bedroom and another bedroom with a 3/4 bed. A large family bathroom with a roll top bath and large shower separate, two living rooms, dinning room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom .
