This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. Welcome to our three bedroom, two bath apartment in downtown Hawesville, Kentucky. It is tucked away in the back of a building that used to be the local school's bus garage. The mattresses are memory foam (Nectar), 42 inch smart TVs in every bedroom, and a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer will make your stay more enjoyable. Free parking that is next to the entry door and lit by a street light. Free Wifi.

We also have a very nice cleaning station with heat, lights, tables & hot/cold running water for clean up.
