The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Our cosy and modern (it has electricity and running water, fridge) shepherd’s hut has two rooms- perfect for couples or small families. A double bed in the main room, with wood burner, table and sofa. The back room houses a single sofa bed, perfect for a wee one. Outside there’s a hot tub, kitchen with gas hob and BBQ. Restored Pump House - 6 miles from Perth

This unique dwelling was originally a water pumping house for the local village and was restored in 2020. Just 6 miles from Perth, this tiny house offers access to miles of glorious Perthshire countryside. Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.
