A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Great stay close to Convention Center and Central Perth. Place is as described roomy and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and basics such as oil etc supplied in the kitchen which is a helpful touch. Make sure you read the check in directions carefully we got a little lost at the start but Kasia was very responsive. If you are a light sleeper this apartment is on a main road into Perth CBD so there is light traffic noise. No issues with light great block out blinds and comfy beds. The CBD is walkable to (15-20mins) convention centre and Elizabeth quay really close too. However there isn't really close by shops or food options just fyi. Thanks for a great stay.

Mindarie is a gem of a neighbourhood, beautiful marina, peaceful, great pubs and cafes - Victoria's place could not be better located on the marina. I hope we have the chance to come back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. A fantastic location within close walking distance to everything we wanted to see and those sunsets were spectacular. Great communication from Nicole and we were even able to gain early access which was appreciated after an early start to the day on the east coast. The apartment was just as described, neat and well appointed and I’d definitely recommend to a friend.

Brilliant location and spacious well appointed apartment. Space for us to work and study during the trip, excellent wi fi. Full kitchen to cook properly. Louisa made sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing week in Cottesloe.

We loved our time at Nicole’s place! So stylish and exactly like the photos ◡̈ We needed to store our baggage earlier, and Nicole was so responsive and helpful to even help us get settled in earlier. Her place is extremely clean and comfy and definitely a top choice if we are ever back again!

We saw two dolphins from the upstairs balcony on our first day there!!! The location is incredible, with views over sunrise from one side and views over sunset and the marina just a few steps away. The hosts were very helpful when sorting out the check-in! Overall a great stay! We’ll definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing beautiful hidden gem! It was the perfect place for the family and myself, extra comfortable, peaceful and so pretty all around!

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Beautiful surroundings, house was very clean and comfortable. It was so relaxing to sit on the veranda in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. I had my grandchildren with me and being so close to the pool was great. We also made use of the kayaks on the river. The whole family had a great experience, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks again to great hosts!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Airbnb! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. Having access to the mooring for our boat was a huge plus, making it easy to get out on the water and enjoy the surroundings. The host, Brendan, was excellent—very understanding and accommodating, even when a lamp was accidentally broken. We truly appreciated his kindness and communication. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Our stay was excellent. This was our first time staying in airbnb and it couldn’t have been better! Very happy with the price, location, apartment and communication with the host. Something so simple but that we really liked was the power boards next to every bed. Travelling with a baby & 5 year old means we had lots of stuff to plug in & the power boards were so handy! Will definitely stay again 😊

this is my first time to Perth, and I found this airbnb, the place is comfortable, close to the places I want to visit. this airbnb is also located in a strategic place so that going anywhere is not far from this airbnb. the place is clean and comfortable. the view is nice both morning and night.

Wonderful spot overlooking the sunrise and Fisherman’s harbor. Close to all the many attractions Freo has to offer, most of which are within walking distance, yet pleasantly without the usual hustle and bustle that normally attracts Thank you, Chris

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

Everything in the home was here that we needed and especially as CJ left us complimentary breakfast treats that was provided for us to have greatly appreciated . Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living.
