Newly constructed in 2019, take in treetop views from the loft nest overlooking interesting architectural lines and a cleverly designed open kitchen-living space. This entire house with private, dedicated access allows you to come and go easily. We provide luxury linens, a sparkling clean house and all the amenities of home. We're located steps from the popular restaurants and shopping of South Congress! Please note: you must climb a spiral staircase to get to the guest house. The second bed is in a loft accessible with a ladder. You need solid mobility. This guest house was completed in 2019 and is perched above a spiral staircase to get to the main floor. You will also need to climb a loft ladder to utilize the second queen bed in the loft so we do want to make sure you're aware and comfortable doing so. The house has tons of natural light, high end furnishings and 20 foot vaulted ceilings! It was designed and built for guests to have all the amenities like luxurious bedding and fixtures right in the heart of classics like Guero's, The Continental Club, Hopdoddy's, Home Slice and more! The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit Nespresso or Mañana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music during the weekends at multiple spots nearby! You'll have access to the entire guest suite and dedicated porch with outdoor seating. This is a completely separate guest house and so you have fully private and separate entrance. Aside from normal workdays we're often available in person but we are always just a text or message away! Come and go easily with private access to this inviting Travis Heights guesthouse. The lively South Congress commercial area, the Rainey Street Historic District, quiet tree-lined streets great for walking, and the downtown area are all just minutes away. The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit N-espresso or Manana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music at the weekend at multiple spots nearby and lovely local shopping! Uber and Lyft are staples of transportation in Austin as well as scooters and bikes that you can pick up on the sidewalk. We are on an express bus line as well that can take you near and far. You're in the heart of it all and it's easy to get around. We also offer 1 on-site parking space if you choose to rent or drive in your own car. The hotel next door is a popular venue for events that take place often on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This means there could be loud, live music for weddings and events. It ends by 11 pm on the weekends but be aware if you'd be disturbed by it. We love the energy it brings but it's not for everyone.

Looking for a great place to stay close to everything to see and do in Austin? The Casita is the place for you. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located in the Zilker Park neighborhood in South Austin, convenient to Zilker Park host of Austin City Limits festival and home of Barton Springs pool, it's just minutes to downtown restaurants, bars, and Austin landmarks like the Texas Capitol and historic Congress Avenue. There are world famous restaurants featured in the Travel channel and even our own Iron Chef, Uchi owner Tyson Cole, all within a few miles. Short Taxi rides are inexpensive and our Austin city bus line is just a few blocks away. You call also chose to enjoy the site by bicycle thanks to the many bike routes and trails right out the front door. We can arrange for bike rental if interested. The Casita is located in the front of our property with its own private entrance and parking for one car off the street. It is fully furnished with queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the second room, full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, dinning and living room with a plasma flat screen TV including cable and wifi. The Casita sits below our wonderful 1000sf workout studio, occasionally used for training and martial arts sessions. Feel free to enquire about schedule or availability. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
