Peaceful cottage in orchard with Hot tub and sauna

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.

Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area.
