Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

Our isolated shepherd’s hut is a cosy place with a large spacious shower and a comfortable king size bed. Recently fitted yet with some antique features. It has a private river view with its own private picnic table on the river too. There is a large garden area and private mooring. A porch area at the front and a cosy kitchen area to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee...we provide toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and there’s a fire pit on request and a local Tesco very close by.

The Roost: a riverside retreat

This unique place has a style all its own. The Roost enjoys an enviable position beside the River Glen, with its own private patio overlooking the river and the grazing horses (and llamas) in the fields. In 3 acres of grounds, with opportunities to relax and take in this tranquil setting. A further 8 acres - enclosed and situated across the river, offer an exclusive riverside walk. For more energetic guests there is use of the tennis court. Can be booked with the Holt to accommodate 12 guests

Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day bed with trundle in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Cosy Shepherd’s hut No1 with hot tub & view

A beautiful escape to “The Hide at Manton bay” with stunning views over Rutland water, set in a vineyard, surrounded by nature with added wood fired hot tub under the stars. Situated next to our other Shepherd’s hut and cabin. Our cosy Shepherd’s huts make the perfect weekend away or staycation with everything you need to have a great stay. With the enchanting Rutland water a stones throw away, set right on the cycle/path around. With many activities and great local food in villages nearby.

A newly renovated one bedroom outbuilding set in idyllic Holywell conservation area directly overlooking the River Ouse. The property is detached from the main house with a separate entrance.
